Our Story
A family creamery, born in Corrales.
Our family's love for ice cream started with Grandpa Jim. Every trip to the grocery store started the same way: straight to the ice cream aisle, then over to the deli for spoons. By the time we finished shopping, we'd polished off the better part of a half gallon. If you ask us, it's still the best way to grocery shop.
Corrales has been home since 1991. Our parents built the house where we grew up, and it's still where they live today. The four of us eventually left New Mexico for college and adventures of our own, but one by one, we all found our way back to the Village we love. Now we're raising our own families here, just down the road from one another.
We wanted to create something special with our ice cream trailer — an experience that sparks joy, nostalgia, and a little wonder with every scoop, while celebrating the community we're proud to call home. We bought the horse trailer from a fellow Corrales resident (Corrales is the horse capital of New Mexico) and spent the next 18 months turning it into something we're proud to share… and something we think Grandpa Jim would be proud of too.
Today, Corrales Creamery is truly a family business, with multiple generations helping bring this dream to life. Our hope is to serve delicious, hand‑scooped ice cream throughout Corrales and the Albuquerque metro while giving the next generation an opportunity to learn responsibility, build business skills, and make lifelong memories working side by side with their cousins.

Every event is a little different, so we quote each one individually based on guest count, location, and the details you share. Reach out and we'll send a custom quote — including any minimum and the deposit to hold your date.
At least a week's notice is ideal — more for weekend and holiday dates, which fill up fastest. Have something sooner? Ask, and we'll do our best to make it work.
We serve a 20‑mile radius around Corrales, which covers most of the Albuquerque metro. Events outside that area are absolutely welcome — we just add a travel fee.
Setup, 8 flavors and 8 toppings, professional staff to serve your guests, and full cleanup. You don't have to lift a finger.
Ideally a 30‑amp power supply and about 8.5 ft of overhead clearance for the trailer. Not sure if your space works? Tell us about it and we'll figure it out together.
